This Processing sketch features an interactive pie chart which shows how the energy mix of the UK in terms of consuption has changed in the decades betweem 1970 and 2010. The sketch can be interacted with by pressing numerical keys 1 through 5 in order to change the decade. The most significant change seems to be the reduction in the use of solid fuel as uptake of gas increases, and also the slight increase in the use of biomass in more recent years.
